Quale è l’impatto prevedibile dell’Open Data System sulla nozione di trasparenza (amministrativa)? La questione, di carattere generale, ha nel contesto italiano uno specifico rilievo, in ragione del limitato spettro di azionabilità del diritto di accesso rispetto alle informazioni detenute dagli enti pubblici.
